Your fees are based on your specific insurance plan benefits, your plan’s copayment and deductible rates, and the provider you choose to work with. Each provider has their accepted insurances listed on their bio on the “Our Team” page.

We will check your insurance benefits, after you upload your insurance card(s) to your client portal.

If you have more than one insurance plan, you must provide us with each plan’s information and we will determine which plan is the primary payer and which is the secondary payer. Failure to provide both insurance plan’s information may result in billing delays/denials and you may become responsible for payment.

Please upload your insurance card to your client portal ASAP prior to your appointment, in order for our Billing Assistant to submit your claim correctly!

EMDR Intensive Fees

Extended Sessions

$175 per hour (typically 2-4 hours per session)

Single Issue Intensive

$875 per day (5-6 hours per day, 1-3 consecutive days)

Story Clearing Intensive

$1050 per day (5-6 hours per day, over 4 consecutive days)

EMDR Intensives are not covered by insurance.
